The Mills Book Art Program and Eucalyptus Press host this annual event to promote interdisciplinary art at Mills College. Artifactual Modulations is dedicated to collaborative works that utilize diverse methodologies and media. Submissions for this event were open to Mills students of any major.

As artists, we are often reminded that our imaginations have boundaries particularly in regard to tools from art forms in which we are not proficient; Artifactual Modulations was created with this in mind. Students were encouraged to conceive works which required the assistance from another.
